You’ll sit at the intersection of compliance, technology, and trading operations — building and enhancing systems that ensure accurate, timely reporting across multiple jurisdictions. This is a highly visible role with ownership over critical reporting architecture and automation initiatives.
What You’ll Work On
- Regulatory reporting systems and controls
- Automation using RPA tools
- Python-based data processing and validation frameworks
- SQL and large-scale data workflows
- Cloud-based architecture and modern software design
- Cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, IT, and Trading teams
Required Skills
- 5–7 years development experience (polyglot background)
- Strong Python expertise
- Solid SQL and database experience
- Experience designing frameworks and tools from scratch
- Exposure to financial markets, ideally derivatives
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of modern architecture and cloud platforms
