We are looking for a Tableau Data Analyst to transform business data into actionable insights through compelling dashboards and visualizations. You will work closely with retail business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, build impactful Tableau dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations and performance metrics.
• Analyze retail datasets, including sales, POS, inventory, and customer-related data.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to prepare and validate data for reporting purposes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Provide ongoing support for dashboard users and ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Promote dashboard adoption and best practices in data visualization.

• Proven experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Experience working with retail data, including POS transactions, sales performance, supply chain, inventory, or customer analytics.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Experience supporting commercial, retail, or store operations teams.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and performance reporting.
• Experience working in data-driven business environments.
