Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive strategic CRM and customer loyalty initiatives. This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of customer engagement, rewards, and digital platform projects, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical applications background, proven project delivery experience, and hands-on exposure to CRM and loyalty programme ecosystems. Candidates from the insurance industry are highly preferred, though those from banking, financial services, or other customer-centric industries will also be considered.

Your new role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM, customer engagement, and loyalty programme initiatives.
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, resources, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Drive solution delivery across CRM platforms, loyalty engines, customer portals, and related system integrations.
• Manage system integrators and third-party vendors to ensure delivery quality, adherence to project milestones, and contractual commitments.
• Challenge vendors on solution design, project execution, resource allocation, and issue resolution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Establish project governance, monitor vendor performance, and escalate risks where necessary.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment, release management, and post-implementation support activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in application development and technology delivery.
• Proven experience delivering CRM and customer loyalty/rewards platform projects.
• Strong technical background with understanding of application architecture, APIs, system integration, and software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale vendors, system integrators, and outsourced development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technology, and senior leadership teams.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance metrics.
• Insurance industry experience is highly preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certification is an advantage.
