Job Description

Managing and overseeing trade support functions for equities transactions.
Ensuring operational processes comply with regulatory and internal policies.
Coordinating with front office, back office, and external stakeholders to resolve trade discrepancies.
Monitoring and improving operational workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Providing leadership and guidance to the middle office team to enhance their performance.
Analyzing and reporting key performance metrics to senior management.
Driving process improvement initiatives to optimize trade support operations.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments in financial services.

The Successful Applicant

Extensive knowledge of middle office operations within equities trading.
Proven ability to manage trade support functions and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows.
Experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
