Key Responsibilities:

Handle Level 3 troubleshooting for high-level AV challenges, minimizing system downtime and maintaining performance.
Provide V system programming support, including fine-tuning and configuration changes based on operational needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex AV issues and implement long-term solutions.
Deliver expert support for AV systems beyond standard desktop support scope.
Support and maintain Cisco and Microsoft AV solutions, ensuring compatibility and smooth integration.
Respond to AV-related incidents and service requests with urgency and professionalism.
Document all troubleshooting steps, repairs, and modifications accurately for future reference and auditing.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in break-fix support for AV systems.
Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco and Microsoft AV environments.
Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex AV issues.
Familiarity with V system programming and making operational adjustments.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capability to work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
Must be based in Bangalore, India.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to other AV OEMs (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Poly) is a plus.
