Deep understanding of ServiceNow CSDM (Common Service Data Model), including the design, implementation, and maintenance in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
Familiarity with pplication Portfolio and Service Portfolio concepts.
Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes and standards for CMDB/CSDM management.
Identify root causes for issues and incorporate findings into process improvement initiatives.
Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with analysts, vendors, IT incident management participants, and other stakeholders.
Customer service oriented, with the ability to convey technical concepts to all levels of IT staff.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ServiceNow users on CSDM-related topics, including CI management and data governance.

Desirable Skills:

Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow CMDB Administrator.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and integration with CMDB.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
