A global consumer products company is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support one of its key business divisions in Japan.
The company is undergoing an exciting period of business transformation, digitalization, and continuous improvement. Working closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders, Finance plays a critical role in driving commercial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.
The Role
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will partner closely with commercial teams to support financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and performance management.
You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to provide financial insights, improve planning processes, develop business cases, and help drive continuous improvements across the FP&A function.
Your Skills
Experience in FP&A or Business Controlling
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
High Business-level Japanese and Business-level English
