The Role
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions to support supply chain and inventory planning activities
- Analyze supply, sales, and inventory data to generate actionable insights and improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency
- Create and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple business systems
- Partner with planning, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify issues, assess business impact, and support decision making
- Monitor and improve data quality, master data management, and reporting standards
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives using BI, RPA, and AI technologies
Your Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, supply chain analytics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Strong Power BI skills including data modeling, reporting, dashboard development, and visualization design
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power Query
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with automation technologies such as Power Automate, UiPath, AI tools, or related solutions is preferred
