We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Murex and capital markets technology initiatives for a leading financial institution in TOKYO, Japan. You will be responsible for driving project delivery, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution across the full project lifecycle.

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of Murex-related projects and strategic technology initiatives
2. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and governance
3. Coordinate business, technology, and vendor teams throughout delivery
4. Oversee testing, deployment, issue management, and production readiness activities
5. Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
6. Provide regular status reporting to senior management and project sponsors
7. Drive resolution of project issues and escalations

1. Good use of English and Japanese communication skills
2. 5+ years of Project Management experience within banking or financial services
3. Strong knowledge of capital markets, trading, treasury, or risk systems
4. Experience managing complex software implementation, upgrade, or transformation programmes
5. Proven stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
6. Experience working with distributed or regional teams

1. Murex MX.3 project delivery experience
2. Capital Markets or Investment Banking environment
3. Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
