- Strong command of FP&A, treasury, liquidity, controllership, consolidation, tax, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience transforming finance teams, systems, reporting processes, and operating models.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing regional finance organizations.
- Confidence engaging boards, institutional investors, lenders, founders, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
- Experience supporting growth-stage companies through regional expansion, institutionalization, restructuring, recapitalization, or exit preparation is highly preferred.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Architect the capital platform behind Lhoopa’s Southeast Asian expansion.
- Shape the company’s financial strategy, operating model, and institutional readiness.
- Build and lead a regional finance organization.

- Participate meaningfully in the long-term value created during Lhoopa’s next stage of growth.
If you have built finance organizations across markets, led complex capital transactions, and want to help scale an innovative housing platform across Southeast Asia, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
