A well-established bank is looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to support its corporate banking team across client servicing, documentation, and business development. The Role

Support relationship managers with KYC, marketing materials, reports, and client meeting coordination
Track and monitor client transactions; prepare loan and administrative documentation in line with regulatory requirements
Support new business development such as client onboarding, business calls, site visits, and tracking pipeline progress
Conduct ongoing KYC monitoring and screening per internal policy and regulation
Prepare periodic reports in line with internal and regulatory requirements
Support clients with internet banking setup, activation, and troubleshooting, liaising with Operations/IT and Head Office as needed
Act as a client point of contact for day-to-day banking needs
Liaise across departments and Head Office to support smooth processes

What You'll Need

University degree with at least 3 years' experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in banking
Exposure to transaction banking such as liquidity/cash management and trade finance
Strong multitasking ability and comfort working under pressure to deadlines
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills; proficient in MS Office
