A leading international bank is looking for a results-driven Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients. The Role

Acquire, grow and retain profitable SME clients within approved risk appetite
Build tailored account plans and structure credit facilities to meet client needs
Cross-sell Trade Finance, Cash Management, Lending, FX and Wealth solutions
Prepare credit proposals and annual reviews; partner closely with Credit on lending quality
Maintain strong AML/KYC/CDD discipline and escalate issues promptly
Deliver against sales/revenue targets while raising portfolio and process efficiency

What You Bring

5+years in Commercial Banking, with a track record of new client acquisition and portfolio growth
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong credit assessment and financial analysis skills across Trade, Cash Management, FX and Wealth
Proven ability to build trusted client relationships while balancing growth with risk discipline
Solid grasp of AML/KYC/regulatory requirements
Excellent stakeholder management across Credit, Risk, Compliance and Product
Strong understanding of local market dynamics and relevant industry trends.
