Job title: Executive, Distribution Support

Report to: Lead, Distribution - Agency

Job Summary:

Single point of contact for all customer callback - underwriting, claims and general enquiries
Assist customers with renewals, quotations, or other underwriting functions within authority limits
Ensure all set targets and KPI are being met regularly
Reply to email inquiries for motor insurance

Job Responsibilities:

Assist to improve renewal retention via calls, emails, sms and Whatsapp.
Handle customer callbacks and queries related to their motor policies.
Administrative work related to renewals.
Any other tasks assigned by Team Lead or Manager.

Job Experience:

Diploma and above
Telemarketing or call centre experience preferred
1-2 years work experience in insurance industry, in particular motor insurance
Familiar with MS Office - Team player, willingness to learn, positive mindset
