A global professional services firm is seeking a Trust Administrator to manage and administer complex trust structures and support the growth of its Geneva office.
Responsibilities
- Administer a portfolio of trusts and underlying operating companies in compliance with Swiss legal, regulatory, and client requirements.
- Review and analyse financial statements of trusts and related entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
- Ensure adherence to Swiss and international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and other applicable compliance frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Identify opportunities to develop new business and contribute to the expansion of the local office.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Monitor and stay up to date with developments in Swiss and international trust law, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- 1 or 2 years of experience in trust administration with strong technical expertise in trusts and underlying operating companies.
- Proven experience reviewing financial statements of trusts and related entities.
- Solid knowledge of Swiss trust-related legal and regulatory requirements and international AML legislation.
- Experience in additional jurisdictions (e.g. Channel Islands, Singapore) is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. STEP, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
