This is a remote role for one of our international clients in Switzerland.

Mandatory Skills

Proven hands-on experience implementing Logik CPQ (at least 1-2 years)
Product Catalog configuration and Product Modeling
Configuration of complex products, bundles, and commercial offers
Configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies, and pricing logic
Experience integrating Logik CPQ using Logik Open APIs (REST APIs)
Experience troubleshooting Logik CPQ integrations
Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery teams, including experience refining features into user stories
Fluent English (German is a plus)

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow Sales & Order Management for Telecommunications (SOMT)
ServiceNow Product Catalog Management
Quote-to-Order and Order Management processes
Telecommunications industry experience / Telecommunications product catalog management
Experience integrating Logik CPQ with ServiceNow

Certifications - Mandatory

ServiceNow CSA
ServiceNow CAD

Certifications - Preferred

SOMT Accreditation
ServiceNow CIS certifications (or other relevant ServiceNow implementation certifications)
