Fast paced, high growth global quantitative investment manager, seeks a Surveillance Analyst in its Compliance team. The successful candidate will review electronic and voice communications to identify potential misconduct, reviewing and investigating alerts alongside escalation of findings. Furthermore, there's the opportunity to be involved in trade surveillance duties, additionally to the continued development of its systems and controls. The incumbent will also produce management information packs to provide oversight of trends and emerging risks. Candidates are sought with 2 years' financial markets compliance experience, which must include communications surveillance experience as a necessity. Whilst a background in a high frequency trading or multi-strategy hedge fund is preferable, candidates from other wholesale financial institutions or trading venues are also welcome.
