Job Description

Support the evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities across multiple sectors and markets
Build detailed financial models including acquisitions, valuations, cash flow analysis, and scenario modelling
Conduct market research, asset-level analysis, and feasibility assessments
Support financial, commercial, and operational due diligence processes
Analyse investment performance, market trends, and portfolio metrics
Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and transaction documentation
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout transaction processes
Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, and asset management initiatives
Support strategic projects including expansion opportunities and market entry initiatives
Contribute to the ongoing development of internal investment and reporting processes

The Successful Applicant

1-2 years' experience within real estate investments, Big4, investment banking, private equity, advisory, or a related field
Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
Experience evaluating real estate assets and investment opportunities
Understanding of valuation methodologies and transaction processes
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced environment
Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or ARGUS certification are advantageous
Exposure to UAE / GCC real estate markets is strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
