We're partnering with a leading professional services organisation to hire an
HR Advisor on a
12-month fixed-term contract . This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a broad generalist role, partnering with stakeholders and providing pragmatic, people-focused HR support.




Key responsibilities:



Advise and coach managers on HR policies and employee relations matters

Manage absence, conduct and performance cases end-to-end

Support change initiatives and organisational projects

Produce and analyse HR data and management information

Assist with annual reward processes, policy development and people initiatives

Deliver an excellent employee experience across the full employee lifecycle




What we're looking for: • Previous HR Advisory/Generalist experience

• Solid understanding of UK employment law

• Experience handling employee relations cases

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification preferred

• Professional services experience beneficial
