Sophis hiring globally
HR director Gwenaelle Duval, says the company is hiring everywhere from New York to Dublin, London, Paris, Hong Kong and Tokyo, and is opening new offices in Dubai and Singapore.
"At the end of last year we had 180 people and by the end of 2006 we want 250," says Duval. She says the company currently employs around 215.
Sophis is focusing on hiring financial engineers who can help clients use its products. "Previous financial services experience is ideal," says Duval. "But we will also hire fresh graduates straight from university."
