Job Description

As an Assistant Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitoring cash flow and assisting in financial planning activities.
Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assisting with audits and liaising with external auditors when necessary.
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions.
Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Finance Manager should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA or equivalent is preferred
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
Proficiency in financial reporting tools and accounting software.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
