Job Description

Support, maintain, and enhance a portfolio of 30+ business applications and technology solutions.
Deliver system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and application lifecycle activities.
Participate in application development, coding, debugging, and performance optimisation initiatives.
Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
Support technology projects, implementations, and business improvement initiatives.
Maintain documentation, governance controls, audit readiness, and compliance standards.
Deliver user support, knowledge transfer, and training across business applications.

The Successful Applicant

UAE National candidates only.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience supporting enterprise or business applications.
Strong understanding of software development, databases, Windows and Linux environments.
Experience working with ERP, HRMS, enterprise systems, or similar business platforms.
Technical certifications such as ITIL, cloud, DevOps, or related credentials are advantageous.
