Job Description
As a Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the organisation.
- Preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning.
- Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and analysing financial performance to support decision-making.
- Managing cash flow, financial risks, and capital planning strategies.
- Supervising and mentoring the accounting and finance team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance cost efficiency and profitability.
- Supporting audits and liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA or ACCA.
- Experience in financial management within a manufacturing background.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Annual salary between HKD 800,000 and HKD 960,000.
- 14 days of annual leave per year.
- Permanent position in Hong Kong.
