Position OverviewWe are seeking a visionary and high-caliber Head of Private Wealth to assume full front-to-back ownership of our Wealth Management division. Reporting directly to top management, this executive leader will be fully accountable for the business's end-to-end success—spanning strategic growth, front-line sales distribution, Investment Counselor (IC) training, product management, and full back-office operations, IT/digital readiness, risk, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities-
End-to-End Business Leadership (Front-to-Back): Assume full accountability for the P&L, strategic direction, operational workflows, and back-office infrastructure of the Private Wealth Management division to ensure seamless front-to-back alignment.

Strategic Growth & Portfolio Expansion: Formulate and execute short-, medium-, and long-term strategic plans to expand the HNW/UHNW client portfolio. Drive core wealth segments including Trust, Insurance, and corporate equity incentives (ESOP).

Team Leadership & IC Development: Provide robust leadership and performance management for front-line sales teams, team supervisors, and Investment Counselors (ICs). Directly oversee the structure, recruitment, and continuous training of ICs to maximize advisory quality and asset allocation capability.

Product Management & Life-Cycle Ownership: Oversee product development and management initiatives to build a competitive, comprehensive wealth product shelf, ensuring timely launch, compliance, and suitability.

Operational & Systems Readiness: Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Finance functions to drive digital transformation. Optimize back-office operations, settlement systems, and onboarding platforms to elevate overall client and operational efficiency.

Risk & Compliance (1st Line of Defense): Optimize and reinforce the front-to-back risk management framework. Ensure strict compliance with all local and cross-border regulatory standards, maintaining rigorous governance across all front-, middle-, and back-office processes.

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of solid experience within the financial industry, specifically focusing on Wealth Management, Private Banking, or related sectors.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Core Competencies: Proven track record in front-to-back operations, product management, and direct leadership experience managing and training Investment Counselors (ICs) and wealth teams.

Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in client portfolio expansion, complex asset allocation, and driving large-scale front-to-back digital and business transformation.

Language Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (including fluency in Mandarin; Cantonese is highly preferred).
