Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of regional and multi-country projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and business objectives.

Manage project plans, governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and country stakeholders to drive successful implementation and rollout.

Oversee resource planning, change management, adoption readiness, and post-implementation support.

Provide regular updates to senior management through executive reporting and steering committees.

Requirements

8+ years of project/programme management experience in technology, transformation, consulting, or financial services environments.

Proven experience delivering regional or multi-country initiatives with multiple workstreams.

Strong budget management, resource planning, and vendor management experience.

Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies, with hands-on Scrum experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree required; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
