We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager / Personal Banking Manager to join the dynamic retail banking division at an inernational renowned bank. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional banking services and personalized financial solutions to their valued individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.


• Provide expert advice on a wide range of banking products and services, including investment and insurance.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio and achieve sales targets.


• Conduct regular client reviews to ensure their financial objectives are met and to identify potential areas for additional services.


• Collaborate with various internal teams to deliver seamless banking experiences and enhance customer satisfaction.


• Stay updated on market trends and changes in financial regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking for direct sales experience on insurance or investment


• Strong understanding of personal banking products and financial services.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.


• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with banking software is a plus.
