Job Description
- Liaise with business stakeholders and delivery teams to gather and analyse requirements
- Document business needs clearly and translate them into functional solutions
- Support system implementation by developing UAT plans and executing testing cycles
- Define test scenarios, prepare test data, and ensure timely completion of UAT
- Identify, track, and escalate defects to ensure prompt resolution
- Prepare user guides and conduct training sessions for system enhancements
- Provide ongoing support to end users and troubleshoot system-related issues
- Assist with project coordination, reporting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Prior exposure to insurance products, operations, or processes is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
